Eating Pancakes with ZERO Guilt! It’s perfectly OKAY, to have pancakes. The trick of it all is what you put inside of them.
This week I’m traveling and visiting my bestie in Canada, after a sweaty workout I made this pancakes which are filled with wholesome ingredients that fuels my body will having all my favorites, like blueberries and nut butter.
These pancakes are the best!!
After today’s solid workout, I whipped up these tasty pancakes
Here are the ingredients for the pancakes:
- 1 scoop Kodiak Cakes (pancake/waffle mix)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Handful of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed for your preference of consistency)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Spray skillet with non-stick spray
Pour mixture into pan, cook evenly on both sides.
SIDE NOTE: the consistency of the pancakes is based on your preference. I tend to like mine on the thicker side.
Once cooked, Add the following Pancakes Toppings:
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (spread evenly on all pancakes)
- Handful of fresh blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Greek Yogurt (spread evenly on all pancakes)
- 1 Tablespoon sugar-free syrup
