Spicy Pineapple Detox Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-2 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
Instructions:

Put frozen banana and frozen pineapple chunks into blender first (you can use fresh banana or pineapple, but the texture won’t be quite as creamy as if frozen)

Put everything else into blender and turn it on. Start with 1 cup of water and add a little more if the smoothie is too thick.
