Let’s get a workout in today! I did a short quick workout on the beach and it made my abs sore for days!
I’ve never really training on the beach much and it was surprising to find how much more challenging it is when the ground is unstable.
Do 4 Rounds, rest 30 seconds between each move.
10 reps = Hundreds Prep
10 reps = Roll Up Curl
10 reps = Teaser Prep
