This may very well be your favorite one yet…
You’ll want to use a stretch band:
Put band on top of right foot
Move leg across the body
Internally rotate foot, big toe to the floor, pinky toe to the ceiling
Keep leg as straight as possible
Hold the stretch for as long as you can
Repeat on opposite side
