Tight sore muscles can get in the way of living stress free. It’s common to sit for longer periods of time, whether you’re sitting in your car in traffic or spend hours in front of a computer.
Your hips, back and hamstrings will become tighter each day, that is unless you are actively mindful of mobility and movement.
