Happy November! Fall is one of my favorite seasons! The cooler weather and these flowers. I love Gerber Daises, especially in these colors.
I wanted to kick start this beautiful month with a great body sculpting workout that I filmed in my backyard this past summer in July.
It get’s mighty hot in the summer here in Chino Hills, this workout made me sweat a little extra.
Get ready to sculpt, tone, strengthen and lengthen with me today!
When you do this workout, I recommend you have a chair, or a couch nearby to help with the positioning of these movements and with balance.
