We all have those days we just don’t want to “Adult” as it’s been said. Maybe you had a fight with your significant other, you hate your job, you feel
fat, out of shape or just feel terrible about yourself.
You wake up and think to yourself, I just want to stay home in bed, avoid everyone and everything, just let the day pass.
Sound familiar?
I get it…
Truth be told, I to felt this way. There have been days when I wake up, I give myself a pep talk on having a productive day.
Because…I tell you…how days have come and I seriously don’t want to “Adult”.
As an introvert, who was teased all through school for being the quiet kid and just plain weird as some people refer to me. It’s way out of comfort zone to express or show my struggles with staying and being productive. I have to consciously work at it every single day.
“In the darkest times that pass through life, there is always light ahead. When you’re feeling the burden of expectations of life weighing you down, know that you have what it takes to be happy and have the life you want.”
Here is my constant reminder every morning when my alarm clock goes off at 5:30am…

This is my reminder to YOU….”Get Up…Get Dressed” look up at the sky and enjoy the day!
Get yourself up, dressed with hair done and makeup on. And it doesn’t need to be a full face of make up just enough to make yourself feel good.

There’s a physical principle that says, “Movement begets movement.” You are right on here, Sylvia! Just put one foot in front of the other and the next step is easier. Thank you for all your encouragement!
