Love Chocolate Chip Cookies? You’re in for a treat!
These cookies are Oh So Good and good for you…
Ingredients:
1 Cup Almond Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Organic Coconut Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Handful of Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients into bowl.
- Throughly mix all ingredients into a bowl.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop a spoonful of mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Mixture should yield a dozen cookies
