You Ready for a Booty Pump?
Use Sliders for this Exercise…These are furniture movers! Or you can use a frisbee that will slide on a hard floor or carpet. If non of those are available use small towels on your feet.
Workout setup:
Do 4 Rounds, 8 reps, rest 30 seconds between each round.
Lay on your back as you keep your hips off the floor, press the heels onto the floor as you slide the legs back forward and back into a circle motion.
