The Fall Season! One of my favorite things to do is bake when it’s chilly.
Just in case you didn’t see my IG story, I made my signature Fancy Chocolate Chip Cookies, now these cookies are so good and amazing that Jonah eats half a dozen right out of the oven. =)
This recipe makes about 1 dozen, depending on how big or small you roll them into a ball.
I’ve occasionally added raisins or cranberries to them for extra flavor!

Now onto your Bodyweight Pilates workout of the day…I recommend you have a mat or a comfortable floor. I did this while in Manhattan Beach this summer. The sand added extra resistance since it’s uneven surface and requires extra control when doing a workout….
