Let’s take it back to the basics…with my very first online Fundamental Pilates System, the 45 Pilates Melt Down
You may be wondering what’s the difference between this Pilates system and all my other programs. This is the stepping stone, 20 minute in length follow along videos. I’m doing the entire workout with you, all while I describe each movement and give you the proper cues in executing each and every move.
There are 6 weeks full of Pilates workouts divided into Foundation, Core and Sculpting Phase.
Here’s what I mean…
* Choose between beginner or advanced movements
* Progress through each phase as you get stronger and understand the movements
* Each movement builds upon another so you are learning proper Pilates techniques
* Foundation…building blocks of Pilates training
To make this easier for you to get started on taking the next step towards your goal, I’ve discounted the program to more than 50% off!
